We have implemented the use of the Buyer Persona approach developed by the Buyer Persona Institute to crete a stand-alone product to sell as an offering/entice potential clients towards a full engagement.​ The scope of work includes 5 buyer interviews + built out Buyer Personas + workshop.

This approach goes beyond the standard buyer persona which is really a buyer profile, and is focused on what drove the purchase. We seek to strengthen the alignment between marketing and sales through Buyer Interviews with customers who have recently gone through the Buyer’s Journey for your Products / Services, aimed at understanding the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Note: In order for the CMO to offer this service to potential or existing clients, they must have completed the Buyer Persona Certification and provide certificate of completion to Fanny Ramos.
